- Which CAD platforms are supported?
- We always support at least the last three versions of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Actually we support Revit 2022 - 2020 and AutoCAD 2022 - 2020 (including verticals).
- Is there also a suite version for Revit and AutoCAD
- Our solutions can also be licensed as suite solutions with only 20% additional costs. Please contact us directly for your individual offer.
- When do I receive my licenses?
- After your purchase you will receive your order confirmation and your invoice via e-mail. Within the order confirmation, you will also receive a download link to install the software and a guide for the installation. After installing the software, please send us your personal fingerprint (explained in the guide) to create the licenses. Our administration will create your personal licenses as soon as possible and then send it to you. After reading in the licenses, the software is ready to use. We always try to deliver your licenses at the same day.
- Does my software always stay up-to-date?
- You’ll get our LINEAR Installtion Center when installing LINEAR. Beside all of our industry data sets you can also update to the latest version here. Therefore, you always have the newest version, independent of when you bought your license. Whithin our renting period there are no additional costs for updates of your version of LINEAR Solutions.
- Is there a student license or academic license?

- Is there a trial version availlable?
- We offer 30 days of free trials. Please click here to request your trial version.
- Will the license automatically prolong after one year? How can I renew my license.
- No, it will not! Your license key will expire automatically after one year after receiving your licenses. If you want to renew your license, you can buy another in our online shop, get in contact with us via the website or reach out to one of our sales partner.
- Is it possible to buy the software instead of rent
- Yes, it is! If you want to buy the software please get in contact with one of our sales partner or directly contact us via our website.
- How about network licenses?
- We also offer network licenses. If you are interested in an individual offer please get in contact with one of our sales partner or directly contact us via our website.
- Can I pay via invoice?
- Within our online shop we only provide payments via credit card. Please contact us if you would like to pay via invoice or other payment methods.
- How can I transfer my license to another pc?
- If you change your hardware you need to receive a new license. Please install the software on the new machine and again generate your software fingerprint. Afterwards send it to our license department. You will soon receive your new license. The old license will automatically expire.
